J. Frazier Carraway , senior partner and co-founder of Saxon, Gilmore, Carraway, Gibbons, Lash & Wilcox, P.A., concentrates his practice on construction litigation, general civil litigation, and consumer litigation. He earned his undergraduate degree from New College of the University of South Florida .
